Bhubaneswar: Odisha Truckers’ association on Thursday launched the agitation, called by All India Motor Transport Congress (AIMTC) demanding removal of toll-system.
More than two lakh trucks were off the road hitting the transport system.
Expressing displeasure over central government’s several decisions, the AIMTC went on indefinite strike. They demanded scraping of the present toll system and onetime payment of taxes.
