Bhubaneswar, Oct 17: In an unfortunate incident, while taking bath in the pond at Belurihata village in Balianta area on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar, two class-VII girls identified as Liza Sahu and Kalyani Das, drowned in the pond today.
As per reports, after the incident, one of their friends who was with them near the pond, informed the family members of the two girls following which they rushed to the spot. However, it was too late to save the girls.
