Bhubaneswar, May 12: Last evening, a drunken lady allegedly shoved a student hurling abuses at him due to a minor accident at Rupali Square here.
The lady was on a bike with her male friend. Suddenly, the bike hit another bike coming from opposite direction and the two bikes defied the traffic rules. To this, the woman and her friend got down and manhandled with the student and abused him with foul language. Seeing this, some students including girls moved the Sahid Nagar police station thus demanding action against the drunk duo. Based on the complaint, the police have kept the woman and her male friend under detention. It also happened that when some traffic police tried to intervene in the matter, the woman abused them even.
