Rayagada,Oct 14: For allegedly raping a differently-abled minor girl, two persons identified as Ganesh Melaka of Chintaliguda village and Naresh Bagh of Titlagarh area, were arrested by the Rayagada Government Railway Police (GRP).
As per sources, on October 11 the victim had come to Rayagada with her family members. The accused took her away from the railway station taking advantage of her mental disability and raped her.
The accused were nabbed by the Rayagada Railway Protection Force personnel who handed them over to the Rayagada GRP following which the two accused were forwarded to the court.
