Bhubaneswar, Dec 16: Aditya Birla Group’s Utkal Alumina International Ltd (UAIL) has been felicitated at the State level Mines Safety Week Celebration concluded recently.
The concluding function of the Mines Safety Week was organized by M/s FACOR under the guidance of DGMS (Directorate General of Mines Survey) at OMC (Odisha Mining Corporation) campus, South Kaliapani on December 13.
UAIL has bagged the highest number of awards in the competitions held under different categories for ensuring best safety practices at its mines amongst more than 50 companies.
BRK Padhi, AVP Mines UAIL, received the award from the Chief Guest Rangnatheswaram, Deputy Director of General, DGMS Ranchi Region.
