Bhubaneswar, Feb 2: The Junior Doctors Association of Veer Surendra Sai Institute of Medical Science and Research Monday threatened to relaunch its agitation after February 9 if its 11-point demands were not met by then as promised by the State Government recently.

JDA president Shankar Ramchandani today demanded that both the Health Minister Atanu Sabyasachi Nayak and Department Secretary should hold discussion with at Burla.

He said if the State Government failed to fulfill the demands, the JDA will be left with no other options but to resort to agitation.

The JDA launched a ‘Cease Work’ agitation from January 12 for 11 days.

Nayak held discussion with a 10-member delegation of striking junior doctors here and assured resolving the issue.
