Virat Kohli completes 10,000 runs
RCB Skipper Virat Kohli set another record. He became the first Indian to complete 10,000 runs in T20 cricket on Sunday at Dubai International Stadium in Dubai. He was only 13 runs short to complete 10,000 runs in T20 Cricket, which he achieved in Jasprit Bumrah’s over. Kohli has now 10,038 runs in T20 cricket and has surpassed Australia’s David Warner, who has scored 10019 runs so far.
Also, he scored his second successive half-century in IPL 2021, against Mumbai Indians on Sunday. He got out at 51 runs and posted a 68-run stand for the second wicket with KS Bharat (32).
Chris Gayle is having 14,275 runs to his name in the shortest format followed by Kieron Pollard (11195) and Shoaib Malik (10808). Next is Virat Kohli with 10038 runs.
Also, Kohli scored over 6,000 runs in IPL. He has scored 6185 runs from 202 matches.
