Bhubaneswar, May 26: After Air Asia’s new international connectivities to Odisha, CM Naveen Patnaik today urged to External Affairs minister Sushma Swaraj in his letter, asking the later to start up a Visa-on-Arrival station at the Bhubaneswar Airport.
With the rise in foreign tourist in the state in the recent month, and to boost the tourism in the state, Naveen took the step in writing to Sushma. He also wrote that the Visa-on-Arrival station will facilitate the travel of arriving tourist in the city.
Notably, the airline operator Air Asia, started operating its first direct international flight from Bhubaneswar to Kuala Lumpur last month.
