Bargarh, Dec 9: One killed and other critical in two separate tusker attacks in Bargarh.
Identified as Shankar Pradhan (45) of Kandagada village in the district had gone to collect woods from a nearby forest but was trampled to death by an elephant yesterday. While in a separate incident 50-year-old Bidyadhar Sahu of Bheluapadar village has sustained critical injuries in the incident.
On being missing, the villagers who had gone for the search of the duo found the former dead and the later critical and was soon rushed to the VIMSAR, Burla and is under treatment, said sources.
