Bhubaneswar: September 22: A 12-hour bandh observed at Kesinga in Kalahandi district today. Local Youths demanded establishment of the proposed medical college at Kesinga and staged road blockade by burning tyres besides organising picketing at various places. Bus Service to different parts of the state got affected due to this Bandh. Shops and Business establishments were closed. Police forces have been deployed at various places to avoid any untoward incident during the bandh.
