Bhubaneswar: August 7: 12 more persons died in Odisha due to Coronavirus. With this, total death toll in Odisha increased to 247.
Ganjam & Sundergarh district recorded 3 deaths each while Mayurbhanj, Sambalpur, Bhadrak, Kendrapara, Gajapati & Dhenkanal district reported one death each in last 24 hours.
So far, 123 persons have died from Ganjam district alone due to COVID-19 and with today’s 3 cases, Sundergarh District’s death toll due to the disease rose to 16.
Also, Gajapati district’s death toll reached 15 with today’s one and 4 persons died in Bhadrak district so far.
Till date, Kendrapara, Sambalpur, Dhenkanal & Mayurbhanj recorded 3, 2,1 & 1 deaths respectively.
