After Prime Minister’s announcement regarding  repealing the three contentious farm laws, Bhartiya Kisan Union (BKU) leader Rakesh Tikait on Friday said that the farmers’ ongoing agitation will continue.

Rakesh Tikait Says…

Tikait said, ‘the agitation will not be withdrawn immediately, we will wait for the day when agricultural laws will be repealed in Parliament. Along with MSP, the government should also discuss other issues of farmers’ : @RakeshTikaitBKU

The farmer is sitting on a pile of gunpowder. The movement will keep them alive. Everyone has to bear this responsibility. Disenchantment with the land is a conspiracy of the government. The land is shrinking. These people will also snatch the right to buy and sell land from the farmer. Forgetting caste and religion, farmers have to unite.

Tikait was in Palghar to discuss certain issues with the farmer leaders here.
