Bhubaneswar, Oct 31: Injured in cracker explosion at different parts in Odisha, on Sunday around 30 persons were hospitalized at the Capital Hospital. Among the admitted persons, one person has been shifted to SCB hospital as his condition became critical.

On the other hand, fire out broke at 15 places in Bhubaneswar during bursting crackers. Fortunately, fire personnel brought the fire under control in a short span of time.

As per the information, at Balipata in Angul district, a boy was electrocuted while fitting lights at his house.

At Paliabindha in Bhadrak, a youth sustained injuries due to cracker explosion and four in Penta and Halua of Rayagada also sustained injuries due to a similar incident.

While in Bhubaneswar, an elderly woman of Gandamunda area was admitted to Capital Hospital as she sustained grievous injuries due to earthen lamp fire.

In another incident, five houses at Rajas village of Pipili and three houses at Buhalo village in Salepur got engulfed in the fire outbreak due to fire crackers.
