Bhubaneswar, Jan 12: On completing his four-day remand period, today the TMC MP Sudip Bandyopadhyaya will be made to appear before the special CJM CBI court here today.
In connection with the Rose Valley chit fund scam, the CBI had taken Sudip on a four-day remand for interrogation. It’s stated that CBI questioned him about his links with the chit fund company, what benefits he has gained from the company and if any minister, MP or MLA has links with the firm. Earlier, the CBI took the MP on a six-day remand period.
