Cuttack, Jan 14: In connection with the 2013 Cuttack Press Chhak bomb hurling case, from today the Commissionerate Police is to take arrested industrialist, Mahima Mishra on a three-day remand. The appeal of the cops to take Mishra on remand has been approved by the Cuttack SDJM court. The police would next produce Mahima in court on Jan 17. Besides, the Paradip police had served notice to Mahima’s nephew, Chinmaya Mishra and Odisha Stevedores Limited (OSL) DGM, Rabindra Dalei and have asked them to appear at the police station on Sunday. Early on Thursday, the court denied to accept Mahima’s bail application and he was made to shift to the Choudwar jail from Samagola jail. He was also interrogated by police on Friday.
