Bhubaneswar, Jan 31: Yesterday the In-charge of Odisha BJP, Arun Singh targeted the Odisha government and sought reply on a host of issues which reflects the government’s callousness and incompetence. Ahead of the Panchayat Polls, Singh slammed the ruling BJD asking why the beneficiaries are deprived of the ration cards? Why farmers are not getting right price in paddy procurement? Why the poor is not getting Pucca houses? Why drinking water supply is only at 2 percent? Why hospitals don’t have doctors and adequate staff? Why medicines are not available to patients? Why electrification is not being done for every village? Why educated youth is taking up daily labour?; and how many chit fund companies have faced actions? Singh also asked the State government about who is responsible for corruption at Panchayat level. Moreover, the BJP leader also alleged that the Congress is knee-deep in corruption and is implicitly supporting the ruling BJD.
