Bhubaneswar, Feb 24: A proud moment at the assembly came in sight, when the industries Minister Debi Prasad Mishra on Thursday said that the State government has yet received 28 proposals of investement of an about Rs 18,000 crore after the Make In Odisha Conclave in 2016, which will generate about 27,500 jobs in the state.
While 11 projects have already been approved under the State Level Single Window Clearance Authority and District Level Single Window Clearance Authority, the projects will pull an investment about Rs 2200 crores.
Notably, the Make in Odisha Conclave which was held in the month of Nov-Dec in the State attracted and investment worth Rs 2.3 Lakh crore and that could in a way generate about 1.4 lakh job opportunities.
