Keonjhar, Mar 8: Identified as Subash Chandra Bhukta, the station manager for Jaroli railway station in Keonjhar district was yesterday arrested by the CBI from his office while allegedly accepting bribe from a transport company.
The central agency team acting on a tip, conducted a raid and caught the manager red handed while accepting a bribe of Rs 7000. The CBI also raided his quarter, where they found an amount of Rs 4,50,000 of new notes.
However no further report about the transport company has been declared and the reasons for the bribe.
