Rayagada, Mar 21: One of the two abducted persons had been killed by the Maoists. The two had been kidnapped by the ultras here on Mar 19. The name of the deceased is Mali Pusika belonging to Salpajla village under Muniguda police limits. Mali’s corpse had been recovered from an isolated place on the outskirts of the village today. Mali had been abducted along with Mandu Pusika. Although senior police officials arrived at the spot but the exact reason behind the murder is yet to be ascertained. A senior police official has said that the exact reason behind the murder will be ascertained only after interrogating Mandu Pusika. Pusika was reportedly freed by the ultras.
