Bhubaneswar, Feb 21: Polling for the fifth phase panchayat elections started today at 7am in 26 districts of Odisha. As of reports, 50% voters attendance has been recorded by 10.30 am, confirmed SEC.
In the meantime, though some incidents of poll violence have been recorded, the voting process is continuing smoothly.
In the meantime, the final phase polling has started today at 26 districts for the post of 16,148 ward members, 1173 GPs and 150 Zilla Parishad seats.
