Cuttack, Feb 3 : The commissionerate police on Wednesday left for Vishakhapatnam to conduct search operations in a house where the Dhalasamant brothers were staying on rent.
In the course of its investigation, police has come to know that both Susant and his younger brother Sushil Dhalasamant used to stay in this rented house most of the time after committing crime in Odisha.
According to police, Sushant was mostly operating from Vishakhapatnam where he had some of his associates. He used to visit Odisha once in a while as he was hounded by the state police in connection with several criminal cases pending against his name. He was absconding since 1998.
Apart from Vishakhapatnam, the two brothers had also their hideouts in Mumbai, Hyderabad and Kolkata.
