Bhubaneswar, Feb 20: State police Friday arrested two Maoists belonging to the Korapur-Malkangiri Border Committee at Baipariguda in Koraput district of the State.
They were identified as Basudeb Pradhani and Bhagban Ninadbalia, South Western DIG, S Shyni said.
Notably, earlier in the day Union Home Minister arrived here to review the situation in Left wing Extremism hit areas and had urged the Maoists to join the mainstream.
