Bhubaneswar, April 3: Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Sanjeev Arora and a 15 member police team raided the Chowdwar circle jail on Saturday and recovered huge quantities of ganja, cigarettes, bidis, and lighters from the inmates.
The jail which lodges many hardcore criminals is now under the scanner because of the lax security.
The dreaded Dhalasamant brothers were also shifted to other jails in the State due to inadequate security arrangement.
