Cuttack: April 16: On Friday Night, Commissionerate Police grilled 8 persons at Chauliaganj Police Station about their involvement with sand quarrying business of D-brothers.
According to sources, they were questioned about when the D-brothers had started the business and where they were running their sand quarry trade. Besides, they were also interrogated about their involvement in the auction of sand quarries, the sources added.
Notices were served by Chauliaganj police to 8 persons of Cuttack and nearby areas and five persons from outside the state to appear in connection with sand quarrying operations of D-brothers.
