Bhubaneswar: April 21: Odisha observes first death anniversary of Janaki Ballabh Patnaik today.
Many Programmes have been organised on different parts of Odisha to pay tributes to JB, who has ruled Odisha for three terms as Chief Minister besides functioning as Union Minister and Governor of Assam.
A 10-feet statue of the former CM will be unveiled today at Khurda by Janaki Ballav Patnaik Memorial Committee. The statue unveiling programme will be attended by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and Union Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
