New Delhi: May 02: Trinamool Congress on Monday raised the Agusta Westland issue in Rajya Sabha and wanted to know who the ‘Gandhi’ and ‘AP’ are, as alleged the bribe seekers in the deal. Raising the issue in Rajya Sabha,TMC MP asked, ‘The Defence Minister has to give a statement. Why the Government is silent?’. He wanted the Defence Minister to make a statement on the issue after suspending regular business and matter discussed.

Saying that there is no rule for suspension of business during Zero Hour, Deputy Chairman P J Kurien disallowed his notice. Further the MP protested in the well of the house and was asked to withdraw from Rajya Sabha for a day. “He will stay out of Rajya Sabha for the rest of the day as per rule 255,” Rajya Sabha chairman Hamid Ansari ruled.
