Bargarh: June 24: BJD workers attacked the vehicle of Union Textiles Minister Santosh Gangwar while he was on his way to attend the BJP’s Vikash Rally here at Bargarh.
The incident happened while the minister was going to attend the Programme at Dasamaili square. The vehicle got damaged. Following the incident, tension started between BJP and BJD workers. BJD activists staged a bike rally inside the city protesting against the move of the BJP to observe Vikas Utsav, besides doing demonstration near Gandhi Chhalk wearing black shirts and holding black flags. But, Gangwar reached the venue to attend the rally.
