BJP Workers confined by police ahead of CM’s visit to Gandia

Dhenkanal: June 25: Today, The police authorities at Dhenkanal confined 12 BJP members to a place before CM Naveen Patnaik’s visit to Gandia. These BJP workers were hooked up from the Baji Rout Chowk area on security considerations as it was said by the police that they were planning to show black flags to the CM. This took place right after the BJD workers protested against the BJP’s Vikas Utsav by bike rally and also shooting stones damaging the Union textile’s minister’s vehicle at Bargarh the previous day. Notably, the Chief Minister is on visit to Gandia today for the inauguration of the south Rengali canal.
