Bhubaneswar, Aug 12: Suffering from illness since last few days, Sudhanshu Bhusan Mishra, Former Chief Secretary of Odisha passed away at his residence here late on Thursday night. He was 77 years old.
Mishra, was suffering from cancer and was taken care of by his wife, Prof Bijaya Mishra and two daughters. After getting the sad news of his death, many bureaucrats and noted leaders, including MP Prasanna Acharya, turned up at Mishra’s residence to pay their tributes and condolences to the departed soul.
The funeral was held at the Satyanagar crematorium here today.
