Parala Palace: Handwriting bureau confirms suicide note matches with deceased’s handwriting

Paralakhemundi, Sept 17: On Friday, the reports of the Handwriting bureau confirmed that the handwriting in the suicide note found at the Jangam Sahi residence of Ananga Manjari Patra, Parala king Gopinath Gajapati Narayan Deb’s former manager who along with three of her siblings committed suicide, matches with the handwriting of the deceased Ananga Manjari.

The forensic report received by the Crime Branch in connection with the suicides revealed that all the four deceased died at different times.

While three including Ananga had died after consuming poison, Tulu Patra, who was rescued from the spot in a critical condition, died at MKCG Medical College the following day.

Meanwhile, with the matching of the handwritings on the suicide notes with that of the deceased, the crime branch who is probing into the matter is now looking into ways in which the persons accused for the deaths of Ananga Manjari could be brought into the range of its investigation.
