Bhubaneswar, Nov 4: The Odisha government on Tuesday formed a sub-committee to identify a corridor for hassle-free movement of ambulance vans in the state capital.
A meeting chaired by the Police Commissioner of the Capital also decided to equip all government and private ambulances with global positioning system (GPS).
The movement of the ambulance vans would be closely monitored by an Ambulance Control room.
