Keonjhar, Oct 22: Today the Vigilance authorities raided houses of Soubhagya Rout who is a village level worker (VLW) of Balabhadrapur gram panchayat under Ghatagaon block in the district for having assets disproportionate to his known sources of income. It’s stated that the vigilance sleuths conducted simultaneous raids at the Keonjhar house and two of Rout’s ancestral residence in Telakoi and Kardanga. They got some incriminating documents and bank passbooks in the name of Rout. Based on a search warrant issued by the special Vigilance judge of Keonjhar, the raids had been conducted.
