Cuttack, Nov 7: Seeking updated report on the status of Jagamohan repair work of Sri Mandir at Puri, the Orissa High Court on Monday has asked the Archeological Survey of India (ASI) and the Shri Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) to submit a fresh affidavit in this matter to the court.The High Court has directed ASI and SJTA to submit the report as there has been considerable delay in the repair work.Besides, the ASI Superintendent has been asked to appear in the court on behalf of ASI to keep his side of the matter before the court.
The next hearing date on this issue has been fixed on November 17 by the court.
