Razor attack case: Third accused surrenders himself at the police station on Tuesday in State capital

Bhubaneswar, Nov 16: The third accused, Bharat Panda in the assault by razor on seven people, surrendered before the police here yesterday.

Panda is said to be an employee of a private company. He had hid himself at some of his relative’s house in Niali but apprehending the fact that the cops would raid the place, out of fear he surrendered himself before the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Bhubaneswar, Satyabrata Bhoi at his office in the evening.

It’s stated that the gang has been earlier involved in incidents of snatching. Police are interrogating Panda on the gang’s motive behind the attacks.
