Bhubaneswar: The East Coast Railway on Saturday introduced a battery operated four-wheeler on the platform in Bhubaneswar station in its bid to provide facilities to physically challenged persons and the elderly.
The facility will initially be available on platform number one of the station here and the elderly and physically challenged persons will be taken in the vehicle from the entrace of the station building.
The railway has informed the passengers to contact phone number 9937099911 well in advance of their arrival at the station to avail the facility.
