Bhubaneswar, Nov 29: Yesterday related to the multi-crore Seashore chit find scandal, MLA Prabhat Biswal’s wife Bilasini Biswal failed to appear before the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) after being summoned by the central investigation agency. It’s stated that Bilasini sent her representative instead to appear on her behalf who submitted certain documents to CBI. Notably, on Saturday, CBI had asked Bilasini along with senior BJD leader and Balasore MP Rabindra Jena to appear before it in connection with multi-crore Seashore chit fund scam. Bilasini was given two days’ time to appear before the investigating agency.
