Kendrapada, Dec 8; A health center member was caught red handed while talking bribe at Kendrapada.
Identified as Prabin Grahacharya, supervisor of Health center at Marsaghai in Kendrapada was caught red handed by the vigilance team while he was taking a bribe of Rs 1000 from a person to hand over a death certificate of his relative.
