Kendrapada, Dec 13: A 24-year-old man was arrested for allegedly posting obscene photos and messages on Married woman‘s Facebook profile at Kendrapada.
The accused identified as Anil Rout of Dhumanta village had become friends with the 27-year-old woman over Facebook and had been sending expressive messages and photos to her. Later when the woman removed the man from her friend list, he started posting abusive and obscene messages and pictures to her page.
Later after the woman filed an FIR with the police, the police asked her to invite the youth to her place from where he was arrested.
Rout was booked under various sections of IPC and section 6 of the IT Act, 2000, said sources.
