Bhubaneswar, Dec 16: Yesterday the Utakal Mandap here witnessed the National Tribal Dance Festival. The National Tribal Dance Festival is organized by the SC and ST Research and Training Institute (SCSTRTI) in collaboration with Academy of The Tribal Language & Culture (ATCL) and Tata Steel, Bhubaneswar from the 15th to 17th December from 6.30PM to 8.30PM.
Apart from the host state, Odisha, tribals from Jharkhand, Assam and Chhattisgarh will participate in the festival and present their unique dance forms. Around 22 dances will be presented during this three days of the festival thus showcasing the unique culture and lifestyle of indigenous tribes.
