Bhubaneswar, Dec 23: According to the MeT, Odisha, cold wave condition prevailed over some parts of Interior Odisha. Weather has been dry over Odisha. Minimum temperatures observed no large change over Odisha. They were appreciably below normal over South Interior Odisha, below normal over North Interior Odisha and South Coastal Odisha and normal over North Coastal Odisha.
Having partly cloudy atmosphere Odisha’s capital city is likely to experience in the next 24 hours a maximum and minimum temperature of 30 degree Celsius and 13 degree Celsius respectively on Saturday.
The relative humidity will be 91 percent at its maximum and 32 percent at its minimum, as said by the MeT. On Saturday and Sunday, a cold wave condition is likely to prevail in parts of Interior Odisha and on Monday and Tuesday, rainfall is likely to occur in North Odisha. As per the weather forecasters, there will be a decrease in temperature from Dec 28.
For the farmers, a cold wave condition is likely to prevail in parts of Interior Odisha with weather being dry in all other district of the state. The highest maximum temperature of 32.40C was recorded at Malkangiri and the lowest minimum temperature of 4.60C was recorded at Phulbani of Odisha.
