Bhubaneswar, Jan 20: After the horrible death of Mini Dalabehera, the girl who had filed nomination for the post of Sarpanch, the State Election Commission (SEC) has decided that no fresh elections would be conducted in Baghamari block. It noted that if a candidate in a fray dies before the final nomination list is published by the commission then no fresh elections are to be held. This was informed by secretary of the SEC, Rabindra Nath Sahoo to the media.
