Cuttack, Jan 28: In connection to the harassment case of the 4th year MBBS girl student of SCB Medical College here, yesterday the college authorities have claimed that the matter has been settled amicably by both parties after discussions. As per the administrative officer of the college, Pratap Mishra, the decision to amicably settle the matter was taken at the internal disciplinary committee meeting of the institution. Both parties along with the parents of the victim were present at the meeting and presented their case. The girl had earlier lodged a complaint against the accused seniors. Both parties agreed not to drag the matter forward and discussions were held to ensure such incidents are not repeated in future.
