Cuttack, Feb 7: On charges of possessing properties disproportionate to his known source of income, the Vigilance officials conducted raids at four places including the houses and offices of Drainage department assistant engineer, Rabi Narayan Bhuyan. Raids were conducted at Bhuyan’s office and his residence at the Mahanadi Vihar and two other houses in Pattapol. Another house of Bhuyan in the capital city along with his in laws house are also being raided. The officials have managed to get hold of some unofficial documents and bank passbooks registered under Bhuyan.
