Bhubaneswar, Feb 22: In view of the two phase assembly session starting today, the Odisha Commissionerate police has set up up a three-tier security cover in and around the assembly.
Elaborate arrangements were made for the session by the Commissioner Khurania and police DG KB Singh along with the state intelligence directorate.
For safety in and out the assembly, section 144 has been imposed and the area has been barricaded, while 31 platoons of police force are heavily guarding the premises and weaponed police personnel have been deployed in the area.
A quick reaction team (QAT), roof top security have also been arranged.
