Coastal Odisha to get some showers but Titlagarh scorching with 43.30 C

Bhubaneswar, Apr 14: Weather has been dry over Odisha. Maximum temperatures observed no large change and they were normal over Odisha.

Having partly cloudy sky, Odisha’s capital city is likely to experience in the next 24 hours a maximum and minimum temperature of 36 degree Celsius and 26 degree Celsius respectively on  Saturday.
The relative humidity will be 93 percent at its maximum and 32 percent at its minimum, as said by the MeT. On Saturday and Sunday, rainfall, thunder-squall and hailstorms to occur in one or two places in Coastal Odisha with adjoining districts of Angul, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Dhenakanal, Keonjhar, Majurbhanj, Jajpur and Rayagada with a wind speed reaching 50-60 kmph and weather to be dry over rest of Odisha. On Monday, rainfall to occur in Coastal Odisha and weather to be dry in Interior Odisha. On Tuesday and Wednesday, weather to be dry over Odisha. As per the weather forecasters, there will be an increase in temperature from Apr 19.  
 
For the farmers, rainfall, thunder-squall and hailstorms to occur in one or two places in Coastal Odisha with adjoining districts of Kalahandi, Kandhamal and Rayagada with a wind speed reaching 50-60 kmph and weather to be dry over rest of Odisha. 
 
For the fishermen,  strong and gusty surface wind speed reaching 45-50 kmph likely to prevail along and off Odisha coast. Hence, fishermen are advised to be cautious while venturing into the sea.
 
The highest maximum temperature of 43.3C was recorded at TITILAGARHand the lowest minimum temperature of 19.50C was recorded at SUNDERGARH in the plains of Odisha.
