Sundergarh, Apr 21: Alleged over a land dispute, a man was thrashed to death by some unknown miscreants at Kokerama village in the district, yesterday. Identified as Amin Koidi (50), the deceased while returning after filing a complaint at the police station about the alleged land dispute, was thrashed and attacked by 8-10 miscreants with sharp objects. Thus sustaining serious injuries he succumbed to his death on the spot.
The police reaching the spot has recovered Amin’s body, while an investigation regarding the incident has begun.
As of sources, the miscreants are still on, while the police are investigating to nab them.
