Bhubaneswar, Apr 29: In a tragic incident that occurred in the Paediatric ward of Capital hospital, late last night, a patient including his attendant were seriously injured after an oxygen cylinder bombed out.
The cylinder in the ward started to leak after the attendant try to move it and suddenly it exploded, said sources.
