Bhubaneswar, May 6: In response to the resignations tendered by ministers from the BJD Cabinet, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today stated that he is hopeful of the fact that the step towards ministry reshuffle will prove beneficial for the growth and development of people of Odisha and will help in strengthening the party. He expressed his gratitude towards the ministers’ resignation ahead of the ministry reshuffle. However, on the other hand, there are many political pundits who say that this all of a sudden expansion cum reshuffle in BJD is initiated to counter the increasing popularity of the BJP in Odisha after the latter’s performance in the recently concluded panchayat elections.
