Bhubaneswar: May 29: Rugby players of KISS & Bhubaneswar have been selected in India women team for participating in the “Asian Rugby Championship-Division-1(Rugby 15’s)” to be held in Singapore from 1st to 6th June, 2018. The Indian Women’s Rugby XVs National Training Camp was held from 7th to 29th May, 2018 at Bombay Gymkhana, Mumbai. The players selected for Indian Women team are Hupi Majhi (KISS), Sumitra Nayak (KISS), Rajani Sabar (KISS), Parbati Kisku (KISS), Meerarani Hembram (KISS), Bhagyalaxmi Barik (KISS), Sanjukta Munda (KISS),Subhalaxmi Barik (Bhubaneswar) and Laxmipriya Sahoo (Bhubaneswar).
Prof. Achyuta Samanta, Founder, KIIT & KISS and Hon’ble MP, Rajyasabha had congratulated All the India Women Team Players and wished good luck for the Asian Rugby Championship Div-1 Rugby 15s.
