Bhubaneswar: May 26: Swearing in Ceremony of new Odisha government will be held at IDCO Exhibition Ground on May 29.
Odisha’s Director General of Police Dr RP Sharma and Twin City Police Commissioner Satyajit Mohanty visited IDCO Exhibition Ground today to review the security arrangements.
CCTV surveillance cameras are being installed in and around the location to keep a close watch on the activities of the area.
More than 5000 persons are expected to witness the event besides eminent personalities from different fields and celebrities.
Deputy Commissioner of Police Anup Sahoo, BDA Commissioner and Secretary of Works Department also took stock of the arrangements along with the DGP.
Police Commissioner Satyajit Mohanty will look after the elaborate security arrangements in the area.
Police has done elaborate arrangement for traffic movement to avoid any disruption in the movement of vehicles in the area.
Preparations, like building the stage and putting up tents, have also begun in full swing.
